Services
MagicoSoft provides digital solutions including Web Development, SEO/SEM, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Development, and Lead Generation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in project agreements/proposals.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information required for project completion.
- Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
- Ensure any content provided (text, images, logos) does not infringe third-party rights.
Payments
- Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
- Projects may require upfront deposits.
- Delayed payments may result in paused services or additional charges.
Intellectual Property
- All content created by MagicoSoft (designs, code, strategies) remains our property until full payment is received.
- After payment, rights may be transferred to the client as agreed.
- MagicoSoft reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Confidentiality
We respect confidentiality and will not disclose client information or project details to unauthorized third parties.
Limitation of Liability
- MagicoSoft is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of our services.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting, or platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Google).
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payments due up to the termination date.
Support & Maintenance
Support after project delivery will be provided as per agreement. Additional work outside the scope may be billed separately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates and applicable international laws. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
Updates to Terms
MagicoSoft reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of changes.
